BAKED EGGS AND SAUSAGE 
10-12 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, broken into sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 lb. bulk pork sausage

Brown sausage and drain well. Blend all other ingredients. Add sausage and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
