SAUSAGE AND YAM BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown 'n serve sausage links
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can yams, drained
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, drained
Snipped parsley

In large skillet, brown sausage as directed on package. Remove sausage. In the same pan, combine gelatin with 1/2 cup water and next 8 ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is boiling. Add yams and pineapple. Reduce heat and simmer gently 15 minutes, basting often with sauce. Add sausage; continue to cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle parsley over and serve.
