CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. cabbage, cooked
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. scalded milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt

Layer cabbage in buttered 9"x13" pan. Combine salt, flour, and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 mixture over cabbage. Sprinkle 1/2 onion over cabbage. Repeat layers. Dot with butter. Pour milk over top of all (milk should be visible over top). Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
