BROCCOLI AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
16 oz. can cut green beans
1 can mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Cook broccoli according to directions. Mix all ingredients together except broccoli and beans. Arrange half of broccoli in greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with all of drained beans. Pour half of sauce mixture over beans. Add remaining broccoli and then rest of sauce. Top with crushed cheese crackers or bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
