HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. celery, diced
2 med. onions, chopped

Cook until tender and brown.

1 c. cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
