HAMBURGER PIZZA 
Crust:

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.

Stir Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Place in greased pan. Dust clean hands with Bisquick powder. Pat dough, spreading it to edges of pan. Pinch the sides to make 1/2-inch rim/crust. Cook crust for 3 minutes; remove from oven.

Pizza:

1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (any desired seasonings added)
1 1/2 c. your choice shredded cheese

Spread tomato sauce on crust; sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on sauce. Layer hamburger; top with the rest of the cheese. Place back in oven for 10 minutes or until middle of pizza is done.
