BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
3 lb. ribs
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Bake ribs covered for 30 minutes. Pour off fat, cover with the rest of the ingredients mixed, using 1/2 of sauce then bake 1 hour, uncovered. Turn, baste with rest of the sauce and bake 35-40 minutes.
