AUTUMN SALAD WITH SMOKED TURKEY,
APPLES AND PEARS
 
1/2 c. Kraft Free nonfat mayonnaise dressing
3 tbsp. skim milk
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. assorted greens (such as watercress, Boston lettuce, radicchio)
2 c. cubed smoked turkey breast
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced

Mix together mayonnaise dressing, milk, vinegar and seasonings until well blended. Arrange lettuce on four individual serving plates. Top with turkey and fruit. Serve with dressing mixture. Makes 4 servings.
