APRICOT GELATIN SALAD | |
2 pkg. orange Jello 2 c. hot water 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. apricot juice 1 can apricots, drained and mashed 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows TOPPING: 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. apricot juice 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. whipped cream Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add fruit juice, fruit and marshmallows. Chill until firm. Combine topping ingredients and cook until thick. Fold in whipped cream and spread this mixture over Jello. Chill before serving. |
