MEXICAN STACK-UP 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can chili beef soup
1 can Cheddar soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. burrito seasoning packet
1 can chili beans
Floured tortilla shells

Brown hamburger. Add rest of ingredients, except shells. Mix and simmer. Cut tortilla shells in half and layer on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Layer meat mixture and repeat with shells and meat until used up, with meat mixture on top. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. Can top with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, salsa sauce or sour cream if you like.
