HAMBURGER STACK-UPS 
12 lg. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
3 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Onions, diced
Longhorn cheese, grated
Lettuce, chopped
Tomatoes, diced
Corn tortillas

Fry potatoes in oil until soft, but not mushy. When done, drain the oil. Fry hamburger in a large pot, with 1/4 cup onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. When hamburger is done, add the potatoes, tomato juice, and water. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Fry corn tortillas in hot oil only until soft. Top the corn tortillas with the hamburger mixture. Then add cheese on top. Stack them as high as you want. Top with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and hot salsa.
