1 heaping tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar, very scant
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten and added before cooking

Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add 1 tablespoon butter and let cool.
