2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar

Boil until starts to thicken. Cool, mix with heavy cream 5 boiled potatoes and 3 to 4 hard boiled eggs and onion to taste.
