FROZEN LEMON CREME 
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. whipped topping
Vanilla wafers

Beat 3 egg whites stiff; add sugar and beat until dissolved. Beat in yolks, one at a time, with lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping.

Roll vanilla wafers fine and sprinkle on bottom of 8 x 8 square pan (approximately half of crumbs). Pour lemon mixture on top, then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze 3 hours.
