CHICKEN STUFFING HOTDISH 
3 chicken breasts, cooked & cut into chunks
2 pkgs. chicken Stove Top stuffing mix, prepared according to pkg. directions
1 lg. pkg. frozen peas (or California Blend or leave out)
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (or one of each)
1/2 soup can milk

Spread 1/2 stuffing mixture (1 package) into 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer on chicken and peas, then rest of stuffing mixture. Blend milk into soups and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
