CHICKEN HOTDISH 
Place 1 1/2 cups raw rice in well greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Place pieces of cut up chicken on top (wings, legs, etc.). Over this add 1 package dry onion soup. Then pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup over top. Add 2 cans water. Bake in covered casserole for 2-2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Excellent!
