6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
2 eggs

BROWNIES:

1 family size Duncan Hines brownie mix
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients for filling. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 of brownie mixture into a greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Pour in filling. Pour remainder of brownie mixture on top. Pull a knife through mixture to create a swirl effect. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. When cooled icing with your favorite icing.
