CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can dry white wine
1 can water

Sprinkle uncooked rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on rice. Sprinkle on dry soup. Combine cream of mushroom soup, 1 soup can dry white wine and 1 soup can water. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
