FOURTEEN CARAT CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. of coconut
Cream Cheese Filling

Sift dry ingredients. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

1/2 c. butter (1/4 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Milk to thin

Mix together and use as directed.
