CARROT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients; add oil and stir well. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in carrots. Bake in 2 (9-inch) cake pans in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine ingredients for filling, except pecans. Stir in pecans and frost cake.
