CITRUS CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Mix in food processor, press evenly into 9" springform pan and 1" up sides. Chill.

FILLING:

2 c. sour cream
24 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Finely grated zest of 2 oranges + 2 lemons

Place all filling ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Make crust.

3. Make filling.

4. Pour filling into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes.

5. Let cool.

6. Make topping and apply.

7. Chill for several hours before cutting.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. grand marnier liqueur
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. sugar
