RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. rice
3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
4 to 5 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Cook rice according to directions. When done add sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes or until top is thickened. Serve warm or cold.
