CHILI 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. chili powder
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. tomato puree
2 1/4 c. kidney beans
1/2 c. beer
1/2 c. coffee
1/4 c. jalapenos
2 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
2 1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Brown meat with onions and green pepper, garlic and jalapenos. Drain well. Add all other ingredients and cook in a double boiler 5-6 hours. Serve garnished with cheddar cheese. Serves 10.
