CORN PUDDING 
3 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 lg. eggs
2 c. fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 1/2 c. half & half

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix together butter, sugar, flour and salt. Beat in eggs, then stir in corn and cream. Pour into casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and lightly browned.
