SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
5 (10 o z.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (including 3 - 4 tbsp. of marinade) 2 c. sour cream 1 env. onion soup mix Cook spinach. DRAIN WELL. Quarter artichokes. Combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12 to 14. Cutting recipe in half works well. Will serve 6 to 8. Everyone will want seconds! |
