POTLUCK SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
6 slices cheese
2 sm. potatoes, grated
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Put ground beef and onions in skillet, brown lightly. Place in bottom of baking dish. Layer cheese and mushroom soup. Top with grated potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
