SPEEDY LIME PIE (OR PARFAIT) 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 (29 oz.) can pears, drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until almost set. Place in bottom of blender, add cream cheese and pears. Blend at low speed and gradually beat at high. Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crust. Chill several hours. Serves 6 generously. Any flavor Jello can be used for a holiday touch.
