STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Thaw berries and drain juice. Add enough water to juice to make 1 1/4 cups. Heat juice and dissolve Jello powder in it. Mix vanilla ice cream and let stand 10 minutes. Mix in strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell and chill until set. Top with whipped cream.

NOTE: Frozen raspberries and raspberry Jello may be used. Go creative with your combinations!
