STRAWBERRY - PARFAIT PIE | |
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries 1 pie shell Drain thawed strawberries, reserving juice. Measure one cup juice or add water to make one cup. Dissolve gelatin in one cup boiling water. Add strawberry juice. Add ice cream and stir until completely melted. Refrigerate until almost set. Fold in drained strawberries. Spoon into baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until serving time. |
