MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
Hershey's chocolate bars, grated

Melt butter and add flour and pecans. Line bottom of oven proof casserole dish with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and milk; beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding mix. Top with grated Hershey bars. With pudding you can use any flavor.
