BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
2 pkgs. broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Grated cheddar cheese
Grated Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli for a few minutes. Place it in bottom of casserole dish. Top with bite-size pieces of chicken. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
