CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbed stuffing mix
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, thawed

Simmer chicken breasts until tender; cube. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry in a bowl. Place chicken in bottom of lightly greased 2 1/2 quart shallow casserole. Top with 1/2 soup mixture, then 1/2 of the dressing mix (according to directions on the box). Add broccoli, then remaining soup and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Yields: 10 servings.
