BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned bread crumbs

Put broccoli in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add mushroom soup, 2 eggs and 1 cup mayonnaise that was mixed together and pour over broccoli.

Mix 8 ounce of Cheddar cheese, grated, and 1 cup of bread crumbs. Put over the broccoli. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
