CHICKEN CUTLET AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 stick butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan, separate broccoli (run under cold water). Place on bottom of casserole. Put cutlets on top of broccoli. Mix soups, undiluted, with mayonnaise and curry. Pour over top of cutlets. Sprinkle crumbs and cheese butter mixture over soup mixture. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15-25 minutes until lightly browned.
