BREAKFAST SURPRISE PIE 
1 (9 oz.) pie shell, uncooked
8 oz. bulk sausage, cooked, drained & crumbled
4 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line unbaked pie shell with half of cheese. Top cheese with crumbled sausage and then place remaining cheese on top of sausage.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat well and pour over ingredients already in pie shell. Bake 25-30 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
