1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped onions
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook sausage until done, crumble and drain. Mix cheese and sausage and put into pie shell. Lightly beat eggs, add other ingredients, pour over cheese and sausage mixture. bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on a rack 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
