GERMAN CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
2 lg. Kraft caramels
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. chopped nuts

Follow directions on cake mix box. Grease 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake 2/3 of batter 15 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, melt caramels, add butter and milk. Stir until smooth. Remove cake batter from oven and pour caramel mixture evenly over batter. Add nuts. Cover with rest of cake batter (1/3) and bake 10 minutes more or until done.
