FUDGE ICING 
As soon as the Soggy Fudge Cake comes out of the oven, frost with this icing.

Heat: 5 tbsp. cocoa

After this comes to a boil, remove from heat and add: 6 tbsp. buttermilk or soured milk

Add enough powdered sugar to desired consistency. Beat with mixer and spread on cake or cupcakes.
