2 sq. chocolate
1 can condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2-1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add milk and stir 5 minutes until thick. Add salt and hot water. Stir lightly and add vanilla.
