Brownies:

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Icing:

1 c. sugar
1/3 to 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. small marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Mix ingredients together, putting eggs in last. Use 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Icing: Boil sugar, milk, butter and marshmallows for 4 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Add vanilla flavoring.
