SPINACH & ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach 1 can artichoke hearts, cut up 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole with butter. Cook spinach; drain. Add butter, cream cheese and lemon juice. Put all in casserole. Arrange a few artichokes on top. Top with cracker crumbs if desired. Bake 25 minutes. |
