1 c. cold, prepared mashed potatoes
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. salt
Vegetable oil

Mix first 7 ingredients. Drop by teaspoon into hot vegetable oil.
