ORANGE MERINGUE PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. orange juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mandarin orange sections, drained

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 tbsp. sugar

Beat until stiff. Pour into pie plate and bake 325 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

Place sugar, cornstarch and flour in saucepan. Gradually stir in orange juice. In a small bowl blend egg yolks with lemon juice. Add to mixture.

Bring to a boil and stir - medium heat until thick and translucent. Remove from heat. Stir in orange rind and butter, then fold in orange sections. Pour into baked meringue pie shell and refrigerate.
