ORIENTAL NOODLE SALAD 
1 pkg. Top Roman noodles (uncooked)
1/2 sm. head cabbage
4 or 5 green onions with tops
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
3/4 c. sliced almonds
2-3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. tuna or chopped chicken

Break up noodles. Slice cabbage. Slice onions, chestnuts, celery. Mix all together in bowl with tuna or chicken. Pour noodle seasoning over mixture.

Mix and pour over and chill overnight: 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

In the morning, toss together to mix dressing and salad together.
