BEER POT ROAST | |
1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 c. ketchup 1 can beer 1 can Durkee onion rings Brown 2 to 2 1/2 pound bottom round rump roast in oil. In glass dish with cover, mix flour, beer, ketchup, Worcestershire and onion rings. Put browned roast in dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. |
