BIG BEAN POT 
Summer (Cookouts) Fall (Pot Luck Suppers)

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
2 - 2 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can butter beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
2 (21 oz.) cans pork and beans

Saute bacon and onions in roaster, Dutch oven, or casserole. Add all other ingredients; mix well. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 15-20 minutes before serving.
