EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1/4 c. butter
4 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk

In 1 quart casserole, combine peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut butter into small pieces and mix with flour and sugar. Stir in milk just until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. makes 6 servings.
