PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH FUNNEL CAKES | |
3 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. nutmeg Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and milk. Mix dry ingredients. Beat batter until smooth. Run batter through a funnel into hot oil using a circular motion. Sprinkle powdered sugar over funnel cakes. |
