SWEET POTATO BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. oil 1 c. cooked sweet potatoes 4 eggs Mix enough to be well blended. Pour in well-greased and floured coffee cans (3). Fill half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When cool, remove from cans. Wash and dry cans, place bread back in cans, put lids on and store. Bread can be frozen. |
