SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. chopped meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 egg
2 egg shells of water
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. honey
1 lg. can tomato sauce
Catsup

Mix everything except tomato sauce and ketchup. Make small meatballs and layer them in a large pot. Pour tomato sauce over and dot with ketchup. Cook over low flame for 20 minutes and stir. Simmer for 20 minutes more. Serve over white rice.
